Please be informed of our new business hours:

Beginning on 10/01/2025, our clinic at 4425 S Jones Blvd, Ste D3, Las Vegas,NV 89103, will be providing outpatient services. Patients are encouraged to set an appointment with our front desk staff. No walk-ins, please. Patients with referrals are preferred.  For any other requests/concerns/inquiries, kindly call the office or you may send an e/mail message.

Monday - 9 am to 4 pm - Every other Monday only. The assigned provider for this day is Dr. Sofronio Soriano Jr.

Tuesday - 9 am to 4 pm - No providers available on this day of the week.

Wednesday - 9 am to 4 pm - The assigned provider for this day is Alberto P. Santos, NP-C

Thursday - 9 am to 4 pm - No providers available on this day of the week.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - office/clinic is closed
